Rohit Noronha is a Senior Corporate Leader & Entrepreneur with transnational experience. He has deep domain experience in the Healthcare Industry having managed and overseen almost all areas of Product Development, Sales & Marketing. Having spent a considerable amount of time with various Healthcare Product Manufacturers & Service Providers across the Asia Pacific, Europe, North American & South American regions, Rohit possesses immense product and market knowledge, and has been a Cornerstone in helping create and grow several Start-ups as well as companies looking for Stability and Sustainable Growth in these markets. Vasanth has been the crucial link between the groups need to be a globally relevant player and the institutions that enable the group to be one. With over 10 years at Beloorbayir handling quality assurance, regulatory affairs and intellectual property development, Vasanth has been instrumental in ensuring the groups adherence to essential and key international quality accreditations while managing the day to day needs for the group.
He holds a Masters Degree in Medical Biochemistry from KMC - Manipal Academy of Higher Education & is pursuing a Ph.D in the field of medicinal chemistry. He also holds an MBA degree from Sikkim Manipal University. Vasanth has 5 years of research experience in oceanography & marine science and total experience of more than 20 years in the field of Research, Quality control & Quality assurance, Regulatory affairs & Contract manufacturing in the Herbal / Nutraceutical Industry. His managerial experience spans a number of companies with International affiliations such as National Institute of Oceanography, Pharmed Medicare Pvt Ltd, Infodesk Manipal Ltd., SUCAB Centre, PES Institute of Applied Sciences and MVJ Medical College & Research Hospital. He holds MBA degree in marketing from Sikkim Manipal University.
Chinnappa has been with the Beloorbayir Group for 2 years having worked in the healthcare industry for over 30 years with companies such as Sun Pharma, CIPLA, Cadila Pharma, Sami Labs, etc. He leads the operations function for the group and oversees production / manufacturing, new product development, production planning and inventory control, etc. guiding and efficiently managing over 8 facilities located in the South of India. With a master’s degree in Organic Chemistry, Chinnappa is the unsung hero behind a highly efficient and complex production schedule at the Beloorbayir Group.
Chinnappa is an expert when it comes to design and planning of line of equipments, scale up operations from R&D to production and management of routine manufacturing. He has diverse experience in Bulk Drug Manufacturing, Herbal Extract Manufacturing & Formulation Contract Manufacturing. He is well versed with international audits and has successfully faced audits by USFDA, KFDA, COFEPRIS, JFDA & EDQM.
Sendhil has been with the group for over 2 years building and managing its business and operations in its key market, the United States. Having earned his undergraduate degree in Economics and Political Science from the prestigious St. Joseph’s College of Commerce, he went on to complete his MBA at St. Joseph’s College of Business Administration. With over 15 years of experience in international marketing and business management, Sendhil has established himself as a well recognized leader in the global nutraceutical space.
With over 8 years of experience specifically in the United States for companies such as Sabinsa Corporation and Novel Ingredients, Sendhil brings to us key industry relationships, market knowledge, product knowledge and a host of other skills essential for the growth of the group in the North American region.
Raghavendra has been with the Beloorbayir Group for over a decade and has been handling the finished formulation - private label manufacturing business for 4 years. His education includes a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, a Diploma in Electronics, Post Graduation in Computer Application & IATA certification With over 16 years in the field of logistics management and technical sourcing of healthcare ingredients, Raghavendra has powered the private label manufacturing business to new heights over the years. His managerial experience includes years spent at companies such as ABB, Digital Equipment India (currently with HP), AMP India & Power tools Co. He plays a key role in strategic planning and implementation of new projects in the formulation field for the group assisting local and international clientele with their needs for tablets, capsules, softgels, liquids & creams etc. generating and building a strong customer base for Beloorbayir.
R. Madhusudan currently oversees the domestic Marketing, Sales and Strategic planning of Sneha Natura and CarDia pharmaceuticals, which are the strategic business units of Beloorbayir Biotech Limited. With rich experience of over 4 decades, he is recognized for his good analytical and leadership skills in addition to shaping and developing a dynamic field force and managers who are in the process of taking up challenges of making their role at the work place meaningful and productive.
Madhusudan has functioned as a successful marketing manager in GSK and prior to this has held various levels of field position in GlaxoWellcome, Burroughs Wellcome spanning over 30 years. In addition he is known for his, “Human Resources Training and Development” across cross-functional activities of the organization Raptakos Brett & Co., Ltd.
A graduate from Madras University, with a PGD in management from AIMA (New Delhi), Madhusudan has also completed a Sr. Managers Management Program conducted by SPJIMR, Mumbai (2 years program) and is an Accredited Certificate holder in Professional Selling Skills of Learning Int. Inc. USA. Rachuri Madhusudan has taught many future managers, at PG level; as a faculty “Visiting Professor” for various B-Schools in Mumbai.
Mr. Adiga K.N holds a Masters Degree in Political Science from Karnataka University. He has over 39 years of experience in the field of Administration, Public relations and Human Resource Management including recruitment, training, office management, payroll system management, annual performance reviews, etc. His managerial experience spans a number of companies including Dustven Pvt Ltd, Higgin Bothem, Boston Technology Corporation, Manipal Printers & publishers, etc.
His vast experience in the understanding of the judiciary system & public relations has helped him earn significant recognition in the field of social responsibility & justice. His passion has been the coordination of state level cultural, social and literary activities and he is well known for his special skill of anchoring events. He is the recipient of many state level and national level awards for Cultural and linguistic development and progression.
Vasant has been with the Beloorbayir group since 2012 and has been a finance professional for 17 years managing corporate accounting, regulatory & compliance aspects, financial reporting, budgeting and forecast preparation for all divisions of the group. His speciality includes internal control policy management and procedures for manufacturing industries.
Vasant has been key in maintaining a healthy accounting system for the group and managing its funds in a professional manner.
Prasad has been with Beloorbayir since 2004. He began as the R&D manager for formulation development and also oversaw complaince in production at the AYUSH lincensed facility. As part of this profile he regularly interated with National and International regulatory authorities and eventually moved into a full time role handling this particular portfolio. Currently his work involves liasoning with national regulatory authorities such as FSSAI and DRA which includes licensing, certifications, renewals and inspections. He also in tandem with the V.P of Corporate Scientific Affairs ensures adherence and compliance to cGMP, Schedule – M, Schedule –H, Schedule – C & Food Guideline requirements. His job includes a routine advisory role at the unit level where all concerned personnel are guided on current compliance regulation and requirement to plan and strengthen activities as per cGMP and WHO guidelines.
Prasad is an M. Pharm and has 12 years of prior experience as a lecturer and principle in a reputed institution.
Dr. Mahendranath is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in research, process development and project planning. An enterprising leader with outstanding abilities, Mahendranath has been key in the area of new product development and new process development for the Beloorbayir Group. As a multi-skilled leader, he has been instrumental in motivating his teams and also scale up teams in achieving organisational goals while adhering to industrial best practices. A doctorate in synthetic organic chemistry from the University of Mysore, he is an example of honest and dynamic leadership
With 15 years of rich industrial experience, Dr. Srinivasa has been key in developing and managing quality control systems in line with best practices for the company. He earlier worked at Alkem Laboratories Ltd in the capacity of Manager and was the group leader at LGC PromoChem and Brian N’ Beyond Biotech.
His work over the years has involved new process development for drugs, development of new analytical methods for API’s, formulations, herbals and fine chemicals. Synthesis and characterization of impurity standards and reference standards has been another area of expertise. Dr. Srinivasa has been with the company for over a year and has made an impact of significance since.
Kumaraguru, a Post graduate in Chemistry has been with the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industry for over 32 years, across India.. His core area is Quality Assurance. He has served in Shriram Institute for industrial research, Global Pharmatech, Bal Pharma Limited, Bioplus Life Sciences Limited and Albert David Limited. Well versed in Quality Risk Management, Training, Validation, etc., Kumaraguru is considered an authority in his field and is well recognized the world over for his proficient audit handling. He currently handles the QA affairs of Beloorbayir Biotech Limited ‘s formulation units in Tumkur, Karnataka.
Dr. Mudit Dixit is a registered Pharmacist with a doctorate in Pharmaceutics. He is specific role in the company covers Drug Regulatory Affairs, Formulation Development and Technical support pertaining to quality. A professional with significant experience in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech Industry, Dr Dixit’s work includes filing of regulatory submissions pertaining to the Drug product, Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients, Premix/Granules globally and Formulation research and Development.
He has effective written and spoken communication skills as demonstrated with over 100 publications and over 20 presentations. He has been awarded for a number of his publications and presentations, with the most recent award for Best Oral Presentation at Indian Pharmaceutical Congress, Mysore, 2015 on Regulatory affair regulation around the world.

Prasanna has served the company for over 3 years and has brought about positive change and structuring required for a business in high growth mode. Having worked for companies such as Anglo French Drug Co, Strides Arcolabs Ltd, Pharma Match BV, etc in roles of Procurement Manager and Commercial Head, there is no doubt his extensive knowledge can further the efficiencies in supply chain management for the company.
